This object lesson teaches that Jesus is bigger than many have thought Him to be. Some think He was just a good teacher or a prophet or a miracle worker, but He is bigger than all of these. He is God, and He won’t fit inside any box we try to put Him in!

Materials
- 5 boxes of increasing sizes (i.e., one small box, one box a little larger, one box a little larger, etc. The largest box needs to be large enough for an adult to fit in, and you need to be able to close it and “seal” the person in it.)
- Printouts of the signs at the end of this lesson (Optionally, you can just write these words on the different boxes.)
- Masking tape
- Permanent marker (if you choose to write the words on the boxes instead of printing the signs)
- Costume for the person playing Jesus (optional)
- Bible
