Materials
- 70% Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol (about 4 ounces)
- Water (about 4 ounces)
- Cotton handkerchief or cloth (Cotton is important; other types of fabric may melt or burn.)
- Long metal tongs or a long stick (at least 12 inches / 1 foot long)
- Container with a lid
- Table salt (a few shakes from a saltshaker)
- Spoon to stir in the salt
- Lighter
- NOTE: If one “fiery handkerchief” is impressive, three will be amazing! You might want to triple these materials to do three simultaneous “fiery handkerchiefs” to represent Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.
