This object lesson helps children and youth understand the importance of loving others even when it’s difficult and even when they are our enemies. It uses a simple illustration of squeezing water into cups labeled with different people they know to demonstrate giving love to them. When they don’t have any more love to give, they can ask God for His love for those people.
